Málaga is one of the ten most congested cities in Spain, according to a new report from TomTom. The GPS manufacturer says the average driver in the city spends 58 hours a year stuck in traffic jams. Worst hit are Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca where drivers lose 109 and 88 hours respectively every year.
