The Guardia Civil have arrested 16 people in the Campo de Gibraltar as alleged members of an organised crime gang that officials say smuggled contraband cigarettes from Gibraltar and Morocco into Spain, to be sold in Málaga and Cádiz provinces. Officers seized 60,000 packs of cigarettes in the operation.
