Officers from Gibraltar’s HM Customs Marine Section on a routine patrol of local waters last week arrested two men and seized 12 cases of cigarettes along with a rigid-hulled inflatable boat, said officials. The incident took place just off Emerson’s Place, close to the western end of the airport runway. The two Spanish men, aged 33 and 24, were released on bail.
