Torremolinos town hall stated this week that a court is investigating the failure of the previous town hall administration to act on noise and opening-hour complaints against some beach bars in the Los Álamos zone between 2010 and 2014. The town hall recently ordered the bars to close at 3am on weekends, as allowed on their restaurant licences, rather than at 4am as they had been doing, sparking complaints from the businesses.
