A crew member aboard the Disney Wonder cruise liner, accused of assaulting a colleague when the vessel was in Cádiz last month, has been cleared. A court in the city said the absence of evidence meant there was reasonable doubt about the allegations against him. Three days after the alleged event, his accuser reported him for sexual aggression.
