Benalmádena’s hotels registered more than 73,000 overnight stays this past March, making it their busiest March since 2005, according to data from the National Statistics Institute. A total of 35,200 travellers stayed in the town’s hotels, the highest figure since 2010, and the amount of foreign visitors to Benalmádena rose to 20,361, an increase of 12.3% from March 2015.
