Business leaders in Vélez-Málaga are again calling for more pedestrianised streets in the town centre along with more blue zone and long-term parking. They say they are “tired” of such demands “falling on deaf ears,” and have submitted proposals which they say will turn the town into a commercial, cultural and gastronomic centre. They add that their priority is the creation of more parking places.
