A €4 million project to turn Málaga’s bullring into a year-round multi-purpose venue is planned to begin after the summer. The provincial government has yet to receive final approval from the regional government for changes to La Malagueta which is protected as a site of official cultural interest. However, the final design is likely to include exhibition areas, meeting rooms and restaurants.
