A 56-year-old British man was arrested close to his home in Sedella last week by National Police acting on a European Detention Order. He is suspected of being involved in an attempt to import 3.7 tonnes of cannabis resin into the UK in a furniture van travelling between Málaga and Essex during 2014. The order was issued by a St Albans court a year ago.
