A British fugitive wanted on a European arrest warrant issued by the UK has been arrested in Marbella, said National Police on Sunday. The Canterbury native, 53, is wanted over alleged tax fraud of £3.7 million, committed between 2003 and 2008 using a series of companies he created with the help of others also accused in the case. Police say he had used over 20 false identities to avoid capture.
