A Torremolinos nightclub bouncer who attacked a man while working has been sentenced to nine months imprisonment and ordered to pay the victim €28,000 compensation. A Málaga court heard that in July 2011, the doorman punched the man in the face and continued the attack after he fell to the ground. Numerous serious injuries, including a fracture of the facial cranium, took 278 days to heal.
