The body of an unnamed 55-year-old woman was found on Monday on the beach by the Faro de Calaburras lighthouse in Mijas. The 112 emergency line received a call shortly before 7pm from a member of the public who had spotted the body. Authorities have released no details on the identity of the woman or the circumstances surrounding her death.
