A man has been arrested by the Guardia Civil in Benamargosa, for allegedly robbing from a local bank while wearing a motorbike helmet and threatening staff with an agricultural tool. The incident took place on Tuesday morning, and while heading home he dropped some of the notes, which were picked up and returned to the bank. He was arrested a short while later at a local bar, with all of the money recovered.
