The Junta de Andalucía’s health department plan to carry out the transfer from Ronda’s old hospital to the new facility within two months. Work on connecting the new hospital to the electricty grid is expected to be finished shortly, after which the town hall can grant the licence of first occupation and the transfer process can begin. It is thought the new hospital will begin offering external constultations before the end of 2016, with the site operating in full by early next year.
