Police have seized 85,000 almond trees from a nursery in Huelva. The owner is under investigation for intellectual property crime because the exploitation of certain varieties is limited exclusively to growers in possession of a State contract. The raids took place in several plantations with the Guardia Civil estimating that the seized plants would have produced a market value of €435,000.
