For the first time, dogs are to be allowed on certain Marbella beaches in summertime this year, the town hall has announced.
Two dog beaches, totalling 500 linear metres of shoreline in all, are to be created at El Pinillo in Marbella proper and at Ventura del Mar in Nueva Andalucía. The areas were chosen because their physical characteristics make them less apt for bathing for the public, said officials.
