THE Marbella council has approved the use of €11.1 million from last year’s budget surplus to carry out numerous projects and purchase vehicles and heavy equipment.
Councillor Manuel Osorio said the package will consist of some 30 measures including 10 projects for improvements to streets and public areas in the town’s four districts: Las Chapas, Nueva de Andalucía, San Pedro Alcántara and Marbella proper.
