The National Police have arrested a man in Marbella for a series of alleged thefts using a technique in which he hid the victims’ view of their mobile phone or wallet in order to steal it as he conversed with them.
The 28-year-old Romanian is accused of seven thefts using the ‘out-of-sight’ technique, plus one robbery using some form of drug to daze his victim
