SIX British couples are to have off-plan deposits totalling more than €300,000 refunded by Caixabank following a judgment from Murcia’s provincial court (AP). The customers paid deposits ranging from €36,000 to €52,000 for an off-plan property in the failed Trampolín Hills golf resort at Campos del Río in the Murcia region.
The contracts were signed between 2005 and 2007 and the properties should have been completed before 2010 but work on the homes was never started.
