THE Basque separatist group, which renounced its armed struggle over five years ago, announced on Friday that it would disarm, and also reveal the locations of its hidden caches of weapons and explosives.
The news came from the French daily Le Monde which reported that the environmental campaign group Bizi had been told the group would be completely disarmed by April 8.
