TELEFÓNICA has been fined €6.23 million by Andalucía’s regional government after the telecoms group raised a tariff which it had previously advertised as “final and for ever”.
News of the sanction came last week, just as Telefónica announced a further price increase for some of its Movistar Fusión packages.
