COSTA hotels are hitting back at so-called ‘unscrupulous British lawyers’ for enticing holidaymakers to make claims against them.
No win – no fee practices, sometimes referred to as ambulance chasers, are rife in the UK, with numerous companies competing against each other, professing to win thousands of pounds’ compensation for injuries.
But the practice has spread and reps are actively soliciting British holidaymakers here in Spain.
