Work has finally started to resurface what had become known as the most potholed street in Torrevieja – Calle Rodrigo in La Siesta urbanisation.
After years of promises and false dawns, contractors finally moved in on Monday.
Notices had been put up the previous week telling residents not to park their cars on the street.
