THE NATIONAL government warned Orihuela town hall on March 8 that landslides had occurred the previous month in Orihuela Costa, Socialist party (PSOE) councillor María García revealed.
According to the ministry, rockfall hit the path under La Zenia hotel and Cala Bosque beach.
Sra García highlighted that no measures had been taken by the council but councillor for beaches Luisa Boné said it was due to be signposted yesterday (Thursday).
