A 76-year-old British woman is still suffering from the effects of a violent mugging which occurred on Monday, after she was left with a number of injuries.
The pensioner was attacked after she had done her shopping at a supermarket in San Luis, Torrevieja.
A spokesman for the local Neighbourhood Watch group explained that the ‘fragile lady’ was targeted late in the morning.
