New street lighting being installed around Rojales will cover 53 streets in various urbanisations, according to councillor for public works Jesús Martínez.
These improvements involve replacing 458 bulbs and 276 lampposts in places such as Avenida Costa Azul, around the golf course and the windmill, amongst others.
