The first dog destined to protect a victim of domestic violence in the Valencia region has been handed over by Torrevieja’s council-run animal pound.
Councillor for animals Carmen Morate noted that the Rottweiler – named Happy – had been seized by the Guardia Civil during an emergency services operation.
