Officers of the French National Gendarmerie assisted Guardia Civil with the apprehension in Torrevieja of four people with European arrest or extradition warrants against them.
The two militarised police forces are collaborating as part of the Guardia Civil’s security plan over the busy summer tourist season by deploying additional patrols in the town.
