THE COMPANY which is refurbishing Orihuela’s bullring has officially asked the town hall to sign off the works, even though the project has not been finished.
Socialist party (PSOE) councillor Carolina Gracia claimed the builder has proposed that the council should accept a plan to carry out further works for an additional €200,000 to turn it into an outdoor concert arena.
