TORREVIEJA has claimed a ‘world first’ in tourism.
Deputy mayor Fanny Serrano revealed at the FITUR fair in Madrid on Wednesday that they have adapted the S-61 Delfín to be the only submarine on the planet which can be visited by people with mobility problems.
