MORE than €1 million is being spent by water company Agamed this year on new drainage systems to prevent flooding at blackspots in Torrevieja.
Officials accompanied mayor José Manuel Dolón this morning on a tour of the works in La Siesta where pipes are being laid on Calle Granados.
