Watching over the sea grass prairies

The work done by the marine observation service in the battle to preserve underwater prairies has been lauded by regional director for the environment, Raúl Mérida.

“Protecting Neptune grass – a plant which is endemic to the Mediterranean – is essential for the conservation of marine ecosystems and the beaches,” said Sr Mérida.
