AN EIGHT-year-old girl has thanked police who arrested a paedophile who tried to snatch her in Alicante city last month by giving them an emotive letter of thanks.
“Many thanks for your help. You are the best police in the whole world, kiss,” it said, and she had illustrated it with three balloons filled with hearts.
