A dangerous fugitive wanted in Germany for torturing two people was found by National Police at a beach in Denia.
The suspect belonged to a drug dealing gang and was known for using extreme violence to extract information or rob drugs from other criminal groups, according to a police spokesman.
A European Arrest Warrant was issued in April 2022
