A LACK of snow in most major skiing resorts in Spain has led to many people cancelling their reservations at mountain retreats and heading for the Costa for the Christmas and New Year period.
For resorts such as Benidorm this means that occupation rates at most hotels will be between 90 to 95 per cent.
