CONSTRUCTION firm VillamartÃn S.L has been excused from building 650 social homes in the exclusive PAU-7 development which is planned for an area near Campoamor golf course by the regional authorities.
Cambiemos Orihuela party councillor Marta Guillén said the decision went against the public interest and only benefited the builder.
