The King’s mother, Queen Sofia helped out with a campaign to clean rubbish from La Caleta del Estacio beach in San Javier on Saturday.
The initiative was part of the nationwide Libera project of SEO/Birdlife and recycling not-for-profit Ecoembes, which aims to tackle waste in marine environments and keep the coast and seas clean.
