Historic layout will be kept for Torrevieja’s harbour zone

A DECADE after former Torrevieja mayor Pedro Hernandez Mateo produced a plan to irrevocably change the face of the port and seafront, the rainbow coalition council has hit back with a scheme which will keep the essential characteristics of one of town’s best-loved areas.
