THE EUROPEAN Union’s Brexit negotiator Guy Verhofstadt is fast-tracking a proposal to offer British people ‘associate EU citizenship’.
This is the initiative launched last month by MEP Charles Goerens to allow individual UK nationals to keep their rights following Brexit.
