More than 30 farmers have set up a platform for selling organic food products from the Valencia region, ‘with love and respect for the environment’.
The ‘Bioplataforma’ is an initiative of the regional association for defence of ecological production and food (ASECOCV), and has been launched with a range of products from fruit and vegetables to oils, dairy, wines, jams and hummus, amongst others.
