THE CALA Mosca building scheme in Orihuela Costa has been put on public display for residents and associations to submit their objections before it can be given the green light.
Cambiemos party councillor Marta Guillén revealed on Wednesday that the plans were made available on December 16, unbeknown to the vast majority of residents in the area.
