Owners of nightlife establishments who have been ordered to close for three weeks in the latest coronavirus fighting measures will be rallying this weekend against the rule they claim ‘stigmatises’ the sector and essentially ‘lays the blame’ on them for the recent surge in new coronavirus cases.
