GRAVE concerns have been flagged up over the regional government’s new land law.
President of the AUN pressure group, Enric Climent lamented that the revised version of the LOTUP – which replaced the notorious LRAU land grab law – could potentially make things worse for property owners affected by speculative development schemes.
