Supermarket giants Mercadona reported profits of €718 million for 2022 – a rise of 5% on the previous year when the figure was €680 million.
Mercadona president Juan Roig stated on Tuesday at the presentation of the annual results that they had paid 12% more for products but only raised their prices by an average of 10%.
