Why is it that when you give someone in Spain a uniform they become so obnoxious? The postman, police, etc they all seem the same. Does anyone ever teach these people about customer relations?
Just because you’ve committed a traffic violation or not got your passport immediately to hand, is that any reason to act so badly?
