Dear Editor,
I was disappointd to hear that Ondara will not be displaying its annual Nativity scene this year because the spot normally designated will be being used as an electoral station.
It seems a bit of bad planning to me, surely they could have found somewhere else to place the Bethlehem scene, which is so typical of Spain at this time of year?
There must be more venues than the Casa de Cultura – the local church, for example or one of the schools?
The Nativity scene always attracts a lot of visitors and the young children love searching out the figures, but this year everyone will be disappointed.
