In this hot weather, I don’t understand people walking their dogs at midday or afternoons when the sun is at the hottest. What is the matter with these pet owners?
Perhaps we should put a fur coat on them, put them on a lead and take them for a walk in this hot sun!
Are they ignorant, just plan selfish, or really don’t have any feeling for their dog?
It really beats me!
