I think due to the amount of bike riders on the roads today all of them should have a bike licence, a number back and front, and an ID card, and pay towards roads, this included in the licence.
And not forgetting insurance.
All the same as motor car documents. This will be unheard of if motor cars didn’t have all the appropriate documents. And if they didn’t they’d have to pay a fine and numbers off their licence. Why should they get away with all this, you know it makes sense.
