Dear Sir,
On around June10 this year, our property at Monterrey near Gandia was burgled and a substantial amount of jewellery was stolen.
I had to return to Spain to itemise the articles and make the denuncia. This was presented to my insurance company shortly afterwards.
It is now approaching Christmas (!) and I am still waiting for a report from them. I have spoken to their local rep a number of times and have warned that I will be writing to the CBN unless I get a report, which did not help either.
