The jury is still out, where the good people of Pilar de la Horadada are concerned, as to if the recent decoration to the electric power distribution building, just off the N332 outside of town, is graffiti, the work of a frustrated artist, or is “banksy” on holiday locally?
My personal thought is that it adds a little splendour, to an otherwise, functional and dour building. But it has oft been said, I have an eccentric outlook on life!
